I am very pleased with the services and care that Gentle Hearts has provided. Now that she has been there for 3 months, I can see a change in her behavior which I believe has to do with her getting the right medication at the right time. I am not convinced that was the case at prior assisted living facilities. With the exception of her not wanting to bath, her behavior seems to be stable. She doesn’t call me screaming and crying like she used to. She hasn’t been to the hospital. She is fortunate to have such an understanding and patient roommate! She doesn’t complain about living there which is a first. So, I attribute all that to the caring people who work for you for which I am very appreciative. I think she genuinely feels like you all care about her because you accompany her to doctor visits and help her when she needs it.
