My mother moved into The Lodge at Piner Road. It's excellent, clean, the people are super nice and super accommodating. They have wonderful food. The rooms are clean. The care for my mom has been excellent. No complaints at all. My brother brings the dogs, and everybody's happy to see the dogs and my mom. The food is excellent, and you can order a pizza, they'll make it there, and you can watch it being made. She's in the memory care, she's got a beautiful corner room, it's got a lot of light, real clean, the bathroom is clean and very easily accessible, and a cupboard where you can lock up all the personal care stuff so that the patient doesn't get into things that they shouldn't. It's brand new, so everything's just wonderful. As she walks in, to the right is the bathroom, and then it opens up into a room that is just very bright and happy. They have a movie room for both levels, like memory care and also assisted living. They have beautiful movie rooms and stuff, and I know that they were doing fingernail painting one day. They have puzzles for them to do and there's a lot of activity if they want it. There's an outdoor patio, it's partly covered in shade, but they're able to go out and sit out there. There's a lounge area. Families can come and eat there. It's $10 per person to eat there. I was really happy with the pricing.

Daily activities include bingo, poker, exercise and happy hour. Regular off-site excursions are scheduled to local casinos, parks, museums and restaurants. On-site events include movie nights in The Lodge’s movie theater and a variety of arts and crafts classes.
The Lodge will create personalized care plans to meet the needs of our residents. These may include medication management, shower assistance, dressing assistance, escort services to dining, activities and/or doctor appointments. Care staff will be on-site 24/7.
Among the amenities offered are a theater, salon, pizza oven dining experience, spa and an outdoor deck experience for memory care. A state-of-the-art emergency call system is in each unit’s bedroom, living room and bathroom. Three daily meals are prepared by The Lodge’s onsite chef.
