"I went to visit a family friend and was pleased to see the attentiveness of the staff with all clients. The staff was very nice and i could tell the clients felt comfortable around them. I find that very important because when you know that the person you care for finds it fun and feels like home is awesome. When i went they were having lunch and the meals look and smell appetizing, there were staff available which i likes because an emergency can happen in a few seconds. They had games and i couldnt help but notice the lovely garden available for short walks. I would certainly recommend Primrose to a friend who was looking at the best options for their loved ones. Thank you Primrose for making Herb feel like he has an extended family. "

"The staff at Friends House was really helpful and nice. They have a garden. We got to see the apartments, and they were great and of a nice size. I didn’t like the dining room, though. The general atmosphere was good, and the people were friendly. It looked like they had fun things to do. "
