"My father has moved into Primrose because they have memory care clients and that's what his issues are. I also chose it just because they have large walking grounds. They have three acres of grounds. They also have a day program. Plus, there's just a lot of activities there. A lot of the staff members have been there a long time, and I like that. It's a much more casual place for the clients to walk in and out of. They don't have to wait for a caregiver to let them out and to take them on a walking group. They can walk the whole grounds themselves. It's all locked. My sister was there today, and she said the food looked and smelled good. I think the place is very clean. I like the fact that all the staff members know all the residents' names. They seem very concerned about the welfare of the residents. This is very, very casual and open. Everything is open. What you see is what's happening. There's no hidden areas or quiet little nicks and crannies way back somewhere. The residents are all right there and the staff can see exactly what they are doing. They also let them roam the grounds freely and go in and out of the day club freely to join activities if they want."
