San Marcos Cottage is a residential care facility located in San Marcos, California on Granite Road. Here at San Marcos Cottage, we encourage visits from family and friends because we know that our residents look forward to these visits. You can use our common areas for your visits, or you can take your loved ones onto our grounds.
