My husband stayed at Baron's Presidio - University City. I liked the two caregivers. They were the only staff. There's no place that's perfect. There are good things and bad things. I had to ask to get a proper meal, like having proteins and vegetables on the same plate. They worked hard to keep the facility clean. The furniture is old. There's only one bathroom in this place, and there are six patients. They don't offer activities. The atmosphere was warm. They're a comfortable community because of the two caregivers that make that possible. They have a patio outside and a place where you can take people out for a walk around the facility. It's a quiet neighborhood, too.
