Saylor Lane Healthcare Center was better than the other place, except when my mom fell, they didn't let us know that she fell and ended up with an L2 fracture. She was there for rehab. The room was fine. Her roommate was very nice. It was a nice-sized room. However, they need to communicate with the family more. They had a lot of people who didn't have family checking on them, but we were checking on our mom all the time, and there was no reason for them not to contact us when something was going on. Their food was not flavorful and cold. Also, if my mom fell and no one contacted us, that meant no one was there or paying attention. There were not enough staff for the amount of people they have in their facility.
