Solaris Senior Living Community was really good. The facilities, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very good, too. There's a lot of outside areas for people to go to. It has beautiful landscaping, and it's probably only about half an acre, but there's still quite a bit for people to see and do. They also have some bird aviaries there. The prices were low, the staff was good, and I met several of the staff and residents that were very happy there.

Solaris Senior Living Community is very comfortable. The staff is very adequate, friendly, and took loving care of my husband. The cost that they are charging me is very affordable. The food is home cooked. They have easy access where the patients can come in and out as they please. There's an aviary and lots of places outside to sit. They have a television for movies and magazines. The living room and kitchen are one big room, so if they're hungry or thirsty, they just say they are, and the staff immediately brings them what they need. It's more personalized than big establishments. The place is spotless and very clean. It's well set up so there's no furniture to trip on. My husband almost has a private bathroom with a very nice shower, and at night they have a toilet chair that they put in his room with him, so he can just get up out of his bed and go to the bathroom without walking too far, tripping, or getting hurt.

I looked at Solaris. It's very close to my house. They have an independent room but with a shared bathroom. It’s actually a big, board and care, when you walk in it’s like in a home with a big piano, and all kinds of activities and stuff. We ate there. They have a Filipino cook, and the Filipino food was excellent.
