My experience with Silver Oaks left me deeply disheartened. Throughout my mother's stay, her health declined rapidly, marked by multiple urinary tract infections, unexplained bruising, and frequent bouts of the flu. Not only did her physical health suffer, but her behavior also took a significant downturn. The lack of proper care and attention to her needs was profoundly troubling.

Silver Point Plaza was an old facility that needed updating. It did not meet the needs of my dad, but the staff seemed to be very friendly and eager. The place was clean and provided activities.
