Our mother has been at this facility for nearly two years. They are genuinely caring, loving, affectionate and nurturing. The setting is lovely, with vegetable garden and gazebo in the back with lovely gardens surrounding the house.

My mother has lived here for the past 2 months after living in 2 larger AL facilities. What a world of difference!! The personal, loving care is amazing. Mom has moderate dementia and needs help with basic care. She also enjoys talking and being a part of this loving, caring home. Having mom here has made our lives so much better!! I don't worry about mom anymore!!

This is an older board and care home in a pretty residential neighborhood about 5 or 10 minutes from downtown Lafayette. It's a small ranch-style house, sunny and immaculate"”and very cheerful. The people who do best here tend to be frail with some cognitive impairment. The rooms are small, private, and look out on the back garden or patio. It has a nice backyard. The owners, husband and wife, are both nurses and live nearby. They anticipate problems and communicate well with families; there's very little turnover in staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, good at managing medications. Like most board and care homes, there aren't many activities. But the food is very good.
