We toured Twelve Oaks for my mom, and it looked homier and doesn't look like an institution. It doesn't look like a hospital. It's surrounded by nature and it feels like a resort. The staff was very, very accommodating, very friendly, and warm. She understood the needs. I liked her. She was the executive director, and she gave me the tour. They have a patio. It felt like a ski lounge where you sit outside. They're outdoors. They have their garden, and they have a very nice, very clean common area for the meals. It felt like a compound where there are multiple cottages and buildings.

My client moved into Twelve Oaks Senior Living. It's excellent, and it really suit his needs. It's for healthier individuals, and we're hoping he will get healthier, and he's very happy. He likes the fact that he has privacy and he's well taken care of. They have field trips, games, and transportation. He enjoys the peace and quiet that he gets there. The people who are near to him are also happy with Twelve Oaks.
