Mom is at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. She loves it there. She's 102 and still living in independent living. The staff are great. They come in and clean her apartment once a week and they change her beds. All the interactions that I've ever had, coming and going there (even through all of COVID when it was very minimal visitations and then when it was lifted and we had to have all of our masks and everything) were still great. I can call and talk to Jackie at the front desk. They know their people and call them by names. They never forget mom's name and typically what she orders at dinner. They know she likes milk for a drink every single meal. So, it is very nice there.

My husband and I liked Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. The gentleman who took us around, Luke, was fabulous. He was showing us everything. The facility was very nice. The room was also very nice. They had a stove and everything, but it was very small. It's a tight space and I would prefer a bigger space. That's the only thing. Everything else was great. Upkeep was wonderful. It was top-rate. They have a walking trail for the animals. They have a little dog park. The exercise room is nice. The salon was nice. They had a bingo game going on when we were there.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was nice. Their kitchens were great, but their patios were awful. The patio was 3 feet deep, and that's hardly enough to even get a chair in. Other than that, the thing that didn't impress me was it's not sparkling clean like the others. In the apartments that I looked at, the two bedrooms usually have a full 4-burner stove that's on a little smaller scale. But you could cook anything you wanted there if you wanted to. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice. The building was OK. It was well-built, and it was pretty new. But the carpets were awful.

I wouldn't want them in there again. The Food is terrible. The place is very old and looks it. My parents were in there. There are almost no activities. The director is the biggest problem. He has trouble telling the truth and following thru.

The people at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno were nice, but it did not live up to our expectation. It was a nice facility, but I would rate it probably average. The person who showed me the facility was very nice. She showed me everything, but the facility didn't live up to my daughter's expectation. They had a couple of libraries there. They had different activities. There were a lot of people sitting around doing nothing and in wheelchairs and stuff, and that's another thing I didn't much care about. There were really not a lot of activities there. The place was clean though. It might be good for some people. It just didn't meet my expectations. Some people like it because they've got people living there.

I visited this community in early August 2023 and was able to have lunch during my visit. I really enjoyed my meal and the residents who welcomed me to their community. I was happy to see the big salad bar. During my visit staff made sure to welcome me to their community. The community could benefit from an upgrade but overall it presents well and it's nice and smells clean.

What activities? Bingo and movie night. The chairs in the dining room are so difficult to move, The food is the worst. I have eaten here many times and residents volunteer that information to me. Takes a long time to be waited on. They don't even try to make it nice. Food like it was a nursing home. For the money this place is a waist of it. Don't go

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno has very nice grounds. We like the balconies available in the rooms. We like the personnel that we met. We talked to a few of the people who live there, and they were very happy with what they have. One man pointed out that he liked that he had his own parking place and so he didn't have to worry about other people parking in it, and that made it easier for him. So we thought, "That was just a nice little touch." The staff who gave me the tour was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. She made a good impression, actually. She talked to us about the advantages of living there, what the programs were, and what we could expect. She did a very nice thorough job of explaining everything. We did not dine at this one yet, but the people seemed to enjoy the meals. We liked the rooms. They were spacious enough that we would not feel cramped, and we could see that our furniture would fit in very well. I think that it would be a place that we could enjoy living. They have a TV room, they have a game room, they have a little library, and they have activities that go on throughout the day and evening for the residents. It seemed to me as though there's always something to do.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was nice and clean. They've got friendly staff. It was really beautiful, but they didn't have a memory unit. It's moderately priced. They have one- and two-bedroom apartments. They have a pool and they talked about activities and I saw a part of them. They have different dining rooms. It's like a first-rate restaurant and it's really clean. The people were accommodating, very helpful, and very nice. They had a rating level from one through seven and it depends on where your parents are. The more care needed, the more expensive, and that could go up.

Mom is staying at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. The place is gorgeous and huge. There are tons of activities. They have two different restaurants, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. They have apartments for families, so they can stay in if they want to; it is really nice. Mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and a refrigerator. The size is about 700 square feet with a very large bedroom and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and very nice with a bottomless shower, so there's no tripping or anything like that. It also has a little balcony area. Literally, it's the best price we could find anywhere. The staff is extremely friendly. They work well with the family and keep us informed if anything comes up. The food is wonderful and healthy. Mom was diabetic when she went in, but now she is no longer diabetic. They have a large menu all the time (24 hours a day), even snacks. They also have home-made specials for lunch and dinner each day. Mom does bingo everyday. They have paintings and tai chi. She also plays poker and movie nights. She is always doing something, and that's one of the best things about this place.

We really enjoyed Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. It's clean. The people are great, and I really like the amenities. You're allowed to have pets there. They have a pool and a spa. They have a great restaurant where you can order. I love the little apartments. I just like the environment. Overall, it's a very, very good experience. We're going to bring my brother-in-law back, and we're going to eat there. The apartment was great, well lit, and clean. It had a little balcony. It was very spacious and really nice. It had a refrigerator. The staff was friendly, open, and professional. It's an excellent facility.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Fresno for my parents. It was very professional, very clean, and it had a lot to offer to the residents. The staff is very professional, very helpful, and making this process a little bit easier. They have two dining halls. They have a swimming pool, they have a garden, and they have a beauty salon. They had a lot to offer. Nice rooms, good size, more independent living, so they give you more space in your own place. It kind of feels like you're at home instead of stuffed into a hotel room. There's a one-bedroom with a separate living room and kitchenette. Even though you're in a home, you still have your independence. Everything was very clean and kept up well.

I was able to visit Pacifica Senior Living Fresno, and I was happy with it. It's nice. I saw an apartment. It was a 1-bedroom, and it was very clean and spacious. I just thought it was a very, very nice facility. What I liked about it is that my husband could bring his pet. He has a little dog. They had this area for the dog to play in. It was very nice because of the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and what they're going to have as care for him. It's a beautiful place.

The tour I had with Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was great. The apartments were big and spacious. Everything seemed fine to me. Jeremy toured us around, and he was also great. As we were walking, I observed the residents interacting in a large group. They had some karaoke going on and a game that they were playing. The dining area also looked fine.

I toured Pacifica Senior Living Fresno for my wife, and it was very nice. The rooms were spacious and very nice. They had a nice library, and the fellow that showed me around said that they had events every week. They also have games and art-type things. The outdoor areas were very well-kept, and they had quite a few roses and a lot of lawn area.

We went to Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. I didn't need assisted living, but my wife did. They were willing to work with us to provide her assisted living, then I would be independent, and we'd be in the same apartment. We looked at both and they decided we would be better living in the assisted living side, which is a fairly nice apartment. I would not get assisted living services, only she would. It was clean and spacious and really nicely designed inside. The apartments were fairly good sized and had a nice little kitchenette. The staff seemed very pleasant just from the overview that we saw. They had quite a few activities and services there that I think looked good. It was a very positive location. I like that part of town. We didn't get to have any food. Since COVID, places are not giving out free lunches anymore. They used to do that. I heard that the food was fairly good from one of the residents, but I have no experience. It's been recently all remodeled, and it looked very nice inside. They have crafts, games, recreation, outings with their bus, and a swimming pool. They have a section for veterans, a nice lounge area, and a theater area. It was pretty well laid out. It's a nice facility.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was a nice facility. It has a lot to offer for the price. We looked at three different rooms, one in independent living and two in assisted living. In assisted living, they have a microwave and a refrigerator. They're small, but it does offer that. On the other side, they had an actual kitchen, a full refrigerator, a tiny oven and stove, and a microwave and you can also put a washer and dryer in there. The staff during the tour did a really good job. She explained how their point system works and things beyond the rent my mom would be responsible for. It was really good.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was a little bit farther out from the city. We didn't think it was a good one because it might be a little bit too difficult to get to doctor's appointments, even though they provided transportation. So we were a little bit concerned about the location. It was just a little bit too far off. The staff was very willing to be asked questions, very open, and very knowledgeable. They were aware of the facility's capabilities what they could and couldn't do, which was all deeply appreciated. We were told a lot of the residents were choosing to stay in their rooms and not participate in any activities. We saw schedules, but many of the activities were not taking place because the residents were self-isolating. The rooms were nicely appointed. The one we saw had furniture in it as a model. They encourage people to bring their own furniture to make it feel more like home to them. They were not quite as up-to-date as the other facility, but they certainly were adequate for a single person who would be living there by herself. The facility was clean. Everybody was doing extra cleaning and stuff. It made me feel reassured that people were cautious and aware of how easily disease could spread. The walls were cleaned, and the carpet was vacuumed.

Pacifica Senior Living Fresno was very pretty. The tour started with lunch. It was a very well-balanced meal. The people were cordial. The place was very nice and very well kept. It gave a warm feeling. The meals, gas, and electricity were included, but if you wanted a cable or TV, you had to pay for all that. They also had a nice gym and a nice kitchen (with stove, oven, and a large refrigerator). The youngest they had was like in their 80s and we're in our 60s. So, it was not a good fit for us. The person that gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and knew what to show us. We asked her about the two different places that we looked at, and she said, "Oh, you don't want those." So, I thought that was very unprofessional of her, but she was young, energetic, and was good about the tour. She knew where she was going and showed us all the perks. The thing was you'd have to move over to another section/building if you're moving from independent to assisted living (and we didn't want to move again). The activities were wonderful, but I was kind of surprised that nothing was outside (like music in the evening or the spring). They had beautiful grounds but it was always inside. The rooms were very spacious. There was a lot of light in it, which was nice. They also had a swimming pool and a hot tub. The balcony was a lot easier to get out of. There wasn't a big lip on it, so you don't have to step down. Part of it was carpeted, while the other part of it was hardwood floors, so to me, that could be a tripping problem. Other than that, the place was clean.

My mom will be moving into Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. We have been there, she is all set, and some of her belongings are in the location already. We're just getting her completely moved in this weekend. We're very pleased, and everything has gone as we had hoped. We are happy with the people and all of the responses. We are happy and confident that we have made a good choice. She hasn't moved in yet, but everything is going well. We are pleased with what we have seen and worked with so far. When things are not being constrained by the Covid situation, there are classes and movies, and they will take the residents to stores.

It was a wonderful place. I loved it. They were all very helpful and very professional. The food was excellent. I ate there three different times, and one time I didn't want what was on the menu, so they fixed me what I wanted. They had live music, art programs, water aerobics, exercise programs, and movies.

It was nice. The apartment that they showed me was really nice, but it was way down the hall, so we were concerned about its distance from the activities. The place was very bright and open and the staff was really good. They also go out and and do things with the residents, including other activities. The dining area was very nice as well.

My parents like it because they have a private balcony that overlooked the swimming pool, and it was very big two-bedroom apartment. They always have something for the residents to do. They have choirs and other people that play guitar. They always try to get the residents occupied. The place is a little bit older, but other than that, it’s a really nice place.

We looked at a room here. He has visited people there before that were friends of his, so he liked it. It was very clean, and it smelled nice. You can have a kitchen in your room. The inhabitants were very friendly. They were engaged in activities, such as bingo. They have a nice reading library. They let the people do their own little thing if they can. For instance, one man was allowed to have a bird feeder outside, which I think was very important. The staff was very friendly, nice people. It was the one we liked the best. The best thing is the freedom of pursuing something that you really like to do.
