"This beautiful, new facility is like a 5-star hotel. The Caregivers & Med Techs, Life Engagement Director, and ALL the staff in Memory Care have been wonderful with my dad. I have peace of mind knowing he's in such caring, kind, gentle, capable hands. They help him brush his teeth & get dressed each morning, then take him to the beautiful dining room for breakfast, then it’s fantastic activities every 30-60 minutes for the rest of the day, like painting, brain games, karaoke, group exercise, trivia, or watching performers that come in for dancing, singing & cultural events. It's so important that our loved ones have social involvement and Quail MC provides all of this for their residents. "I toured Magnolia Crossing. It's a very homey feeling. It's a great location. The staff was very friendly. We even spoke to a couple of residents, and everybody was very nice. They were very detailed in their tour. They gave us all the information and answered all of our questions. They have a full kitchen and they have someone that cooks. They have a living room for people to go and relax and visit. They have an arts and crafts area where they have a big open table where people do crafts and puzzles, and play bingo, that kind of thing. They have a reading room. They have a lot of outside space."

"Mom is staying here. The place is gorgeous and huge. There are tons of activities. They have two different restaurants, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. They have apartments for families, so they can stay in if they want to; it is really nice. Mom has a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and a refrigerator. The size is about 700 square feet with a very large bedroom and a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible and very nice with a bottomless shower, so there's no tripping or anything like that. It also has a little balcony area. Literally, it's the best price we could find anywhere. The staff is extremely friendly. They work well with the family and keep us informed if anything comes up. The food is wonderful and healthy. Mom was diabetic when she went in, but now she is no longer diabetic. They have a large menu all the time (24 hours a day), even snacks. They also have home-made specials for lunch and dinner each day. Mom does bingo everyday. They have paintings and tai chi. She also plays poker and movie nights. She is always doing something, and that's one of the best things about this place."

"The atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff was not only helpful but very genuine, and we really liked the way they worked with the people. The rooms could be bigger. My husband will be in memory care and in a shared room. The dining room is setup with tables that maybe have six people at them. They have all kinds of games and stuff, but they mostly do brain games. "

"We went to The Windham at Fresno, and it was very nice. I would not hesitate to put my parents there at any time. The rooms were very nice and have plenty of space. The independent living area is perfect for those who want to live independently. It’s like a cottage. Their dining room is like a restaurant, and it's nice. "

"My parents are in Westmont of Fresno. The price is reasonable, the people are nice, and the food is balanced as I looked on the menu. They have an actual physical therapy in-house room for them to work out in. My parents are in regular assisted living care. It's Covid, so I have only been there to drop off presents and things they needed. I have been inside though before this last wave of Covid. It's clean, well laid out, it's not roomy by any means, but it is adequate. The layout is very streamline. It has wide places for furniture to go. There's enough room for a little table, chairs, and two huge La-Z-boys laid out comfortably for a limited amount of space. I haven't tasted the food, but I have tasted some desserts, which were amazing. They're not complaining about the food, so I'll go with that. They had a lot of activities. They had a craft room, a movie room, a library, live music, a courtyard for walking, and they had exercises. All of these are, of course, not available right now because of Covid. They can even paint, they had a room for that in the craft room, and they had panting lessons. They had church on Sundays, they had a choir, and they had live music come in on Thursday nights or something. The staff has been really good to me. I call and they call me back. I had to call and request a Band-Aid, and they were there in 15 minutes. I had to call the other day for someone to come in with a screwdriver for something that had come loose, and they were there in no time. They're very good. The only thing is that they don't have a bathtub, and my mother would love a bathtub, but I think it's an issue with safety."

"Paintbrush Assisted Living and Memory Care just had a rate reduction because they're trying to get the occupancy rate a little bit higher. The food is excellent, the places are kept up, and the caregivers are very personable. I wouldn't mind going there at all. There are so many things to stimulate their brain and they take them on outings for gambling, movies, and shopping."
