This beautiful, new facility is like a 5-star hotel. The Caregivers & Med Techs, Life Engagement Director, and ALL the staff in Memory Care have been wonderful with my dad. I have peace of mind knowing he's in such caring, kind, gentle, capable hands. They help him brush his teeth & get dressed each morning, then take him to the beautiful dining room for breakfast, then it’s fantastic activities every 30-60 minutes for the rest of the day, like painting, brain games, karaoke, group exercise, trivia, or watching performers that come in for dancing, singing & cultural events. It's so important that our loved ones have social involvement and Quail MC provides all of this for their residents. I could never provide my dad with the activities and the type of skilled care he receives at Quail MC, not to mention the patience required for all of these daily life skills & activities. I'm eternally grateful to the entire Memory Care Staff at Quail Park at Shannon Ranch for giving my sweet dad the very best quality of life possible.

I moved my mom into Quail Park at Shannon Ranch six months ago and it has been the best decision for all of us. My mom is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her from the residence, staff and management team. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel like you belong to a community. The amenities are the best in town. Mom’s room is spacious and has everything that you need to make you feel at home. From the moment you wake up You will find activities like bingo, board games, water classes and Bible study to keep you busy all day. My mom would vouch that the chef prepares excellent meals and desserts daily. Give Quail Park a try, I guarantee you it will not disappoint!

We visited Quail Park at Shannon Ranch, and they were incredible. It was like living on a cruise ship. It was very very nice but also out of our budget. Everybody was super nice, the food was fantastic, and it was first class in every respect. Everything was brand new, so the apartments have never been lived in. It was also over $6000 a month for both my mother and her husband. It's very opulent. They also have full kitchens, which is nice.

I visited Quail Park at Shannon Ranch. I took a full tour and it was very insightful. It's a beautiful facility and some of the rooms have never even been occupied. Had my mother been younger and more active, it would have been a wonderful place for her to have. However, at 97, her scope of activities is such that she probably would not have been able to take advantage of this facility as much. What I saw, in terms of rooms, was a small, studio apartment. It did not have kitchen facilities, but it was spacious, brand new, and nicely appointed. The one thing that I liked, especially since my mom is a memory patient, is that there are specific areas that are decorated in the hallways with varying themes so they would become familiar with the theme of their little neighborhood, that was particularly nice. Some of the themes were sports, some of them were lakes, and some flowers. The memory patients could recognize that they were in the area of their room based on those themes, even though they may not recall the room number. For me that was just very thoughtful. The only reason I'm not giving them a perfect rating is because they're expensive. They invited me for a meal and I was unable to accommodate them, but that was really thoughtful.

The apartments are beautiful and all appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Observed residents working out with personal trainer. They have everything you could ever want from jigsaw puzzles to a movie theater. Kya was amazing. She answered all of our questions.

Recently toured this building and was really really impressed. The Executive Director Jeff gave us the tour. The building is brand new and they have really put some thought into what retiring seniors want in senior living. They have three dining options, not just a dining room. The food is outstanding. They have a fitness center with an indoor pool and a fitness instructor. They seemed a little pricey but once I added up everything included in the monthly rent, it didn't seem that bad. Make sure you check out the game room. I could see lots of football watching, poker parties in there.
