It is amazing. The place is clean, and they're on top of everything in the way they take care of their patients and they're loving, so we like it. The only bad thing was that they told us that my mom will have her own room, but she doesn't, and we're paying for one. They have really good staff because they drill them before hiring them; we see them walk up to the patients and pet their hair and are very friendly and social.

We toured The Grove. The garden is nice. It's small, so it doesn't feel too busy. We had dinner in the dining room, and the food was good. The person we talked to was very informative, interested in answering all our questions, and sensitive to the situation.

I went to look at The Grove. They showed me a one-bedroom apartment that was available, and they also had a two-bedroom. The people there are just great. I couldn't speak highly enough of them, but it's just not a good fit for us. The facility looks very clean, well kept, and well-functioning. The staff seemed to be busy with their tasks. They were engaged. There was no argument, no dissension. I would say it was very inviting. It was very well set up to take good, deep care of people in big need. They have their act together to take care of people. The lady was just great.

The Grove was very nice. The management was very nice. The staff were very friendly and professional. Out of all the ones I visited, they were the ones that probably had the least number of activities. The apartments were nice. We looked at a studio and a one-bedroom. They're very comparable with everything else we saw. They were clean. They were doing some updating to the facility. The dining area had a very homey feel to it.

It was beautiful and very clean. The staff was very helpful. The nursing staff was very caring. I was there during the Halloween party, so they do a lot of parties for the holidays. They had lots of activities. They had an exercise room, a library, a computer area, a movie room, a very nice theater room, and a very nice garden area both for memory care and assisted living. Everything there was very lovely.

My tour here was very good. I enjoyed it a lot. It was a nice place, and it seemed to be comfortable and clean. I liked their mission statement which has something to do with the dignity of each person. If they carry that through, I think it will be a wonderful place for my sister. The staff who gave me the tour was very accommodating, knows the information and was able to understand where we were coming from. They were all very helpful. The rooms were small enough to look homey and not institutional. They have several living options so that if you wanted to be in the common area, you could choose that. The outside was very nice. It was green and shady and a couple of raised beds for the residents to relax in if they want to do that. They seemed to be very accommodating to the needs and interests of the residents. When I walked in, there were 4 ladies at the table playing cards. There was a kitchen there where they were having cooking activities based on the season. They also have art classes and Bible studies.

My tour experience with them was great. The memory care apartments were very nice. The dining area was clean. They had a garden area and a patio area, too. The facility was a little smaller than I was hoping for, but it was still OK. It was very, very pretty and very open. It wasn't surrounded by buildings.

It was a really good tour. They showed us two rooms, the studio and the one-bedroom and they showed us around the facility inside and what they offered. It was good. The studio had a little refrigerator and a microwave, and it was really small. The one-bedroom had a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave, but it was a small kitchenette. The staff did a good job. They didn't take us outside at all though. It was just inside.

I went here. I noticed that the individuals got individual care as I walked in and you could hear music in another room and you got a glimpse of the people that were there enjoying the music. The nursing staff had interactions with the residents. There was not a resident in the hallway not being attended to. If somebody was in the hallway, a nurse as they pass would touch base with them. I thought the staff was amazing. They touched base with the people that were in the hall and even the back. You could see that they would just stop and ask them questions as they walked past them. They had a lot of things that they offered for the people that were there. They had a gym, choir, church, and Bible readings.

We were received well, and they were really nice, but we're just not ready to make a move yet. The place was clean and pretty good.

I’m impressed with the cleanliness. They’re very clean. It is a smaller facility, so that the care given to the patients is greater than where my mother-in-law was before. The room is very clean. It is just a studio apartment with a mini-kitchen, a bathroom and a living area, but that’s all she needs. She is 96. They have arts and crafts. They have bingo, and my mother-in-law loves bingo. They have like the history hour where they show National Geographics. They have all kinds of activities. It is very good. I feel that the number of workers to the patients is much higher, so they are able to respond quicker to the needs of their patients.

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff was not only helpful but very genuine, and we really liked the way they worked with the people. The rooms could be bigger. My husband will be in memory care and in a shared room. The dining room is setup with tables that maybe have six people at them. They have all kinds of games and stuff, but they mostly do brain games.

My mom is placed in here, and she is doing quite fine. She has been there for a little over three months now, and at this point I would give them the highest rating. The staff is great, and they are attentive to everyone's needs. Everyone is very well taken care of, and there is more than enough entertainment for the residents. They can do as much or as little as they want. I really can't say anything bad about it. I have not personally eaten there, but my mother is happy with the food. If you don't see something on the menu that you like, you can always ask for something else, and most of the time they can provide it for you. The accommodation is very clean, well lit, and well equipped. It has a refrigerator, a microwave, closet space, and a bathroom. It has all amenities for senior citizens like grab rails and easy access. The community is very clean. Of the many places she has been in, this one is the best.

The one I really liked was them. It was very nice and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. We had eaten there several times with my father. It was near my home so that would work out well for him. That would be my first choice. They seemed to always have something going on. They had a dog that wanders around. They had a wonderful dining area, and the food was great. They had a library and nice park area at the back. They took people on outings.

I have had a relative here just recently. It’s smaller than some of the places which is nice. I had seen the schedule, and I know they provide quite a bit of activities. I’ve seen the dining area; it’s very nice, very light, and airy. The staff was good. They cared for my aunt, and we had no complaints about her care at all when she was there. They were very responsive and caring.

I was extremely impressed with them. I thought it was a beautiful facility, and for people who needed just assisted living, that place would have been absolutely great. I mean, it looked like they were living in little studio, and the people seemed relatively in good spirit. They had a whole table of women who were doing different things -- coloring, painting and stuff like that. They also had a little dog, which really got them 200+ points in my opinion. I saw one interaction where they were dealing with one who I believe was suffering from sort of dementia, and I thought they handled it very well. It was not based on experience; it was just based on my observation that I thought the place was fabulous. It had a well-lit backyard garden. The rooms were very nice. I found them to be very spacious, and I liked the way that they really set them up for people with ADL issues. They had a large dining room there, and it looked very nice. The woman that took us on the tour -- the marketing administrative person -- was great. I thought it was a great place. If I needed care, I would go there.

We visited and we liked it a lot. It was a good environment, and it was very clean. I liked that it felt like a hotel rather than a facility. Everybody was friendly. The staff was accommodating, and it was impressive how long they had been there. I liked the rooms a lot. They were in the middle of activity when we were there. They were singing songs, and people came in to play music and stuff.

I had a very good impression with them. The lady who showed us the place was very good. I liked the size, the building and the inside is very comfortable and very nice. They seemed to have the residents doing various activities. The dining room is very nice, inviting, clean and tidy. It looked like the residents are having a good meal.
