I went to Magnolia Crossing a month ago. When you go out of your room, all the doors open up into the living area. They have a movie area. They have a craft area and a dining room area. It's completely different from all the other ones that I've looked at. People get a sense of it's more like home. This is a fantastic place. My mother was placed there last Monday, and it's like everybody knows everybody. All the other people there, they all get together and talk. They had a really good menu. They've got steak, chicken, sandwiches at lunch, and a nice breakfast. It's very good. It's super clean and only three years old. It's immaculate.

The rooms looked nice at Magnolia Crossing. They have a chef that comes in, and the kitchen is open so that the residents can see what's being cooked for them. They have tables and chairs where they can sit and gather and talk and have conversation while eating dinner. They have a nice little living room area with a sofa and chairs. They could sit there and watch TV if they wanted to. They have an area designated for activities if they want to play games, bingo, paint, or do projects like that. They have made medical checks there to make sure that they're getting the right medications at the proper time. The grounds looked nice and kept well. I thought it was a really nice-looking place, and it didn't smell like a hospital. The lady that took me around was very nice and very friendly. The other staff members that were coming in, maybe back from lunch or a break, all stopped, introduced themselves and told me what they were there for. And they were all very friendly.

The resident manager was nice and well informed. The facility was clean but the room was small and the bathroom smaller and hard to access with a wheelchair. The facility felt a bit cold; not a lot of interaction was seen between the residents. The price was considerably higher than a bigger and better facility that we viewed.

I toured Magnolia Crossing, LLC. It was OK. It was a new facility, but the building was really chopped up. The people there were nice, but when I think of a place for my mom, it's not what I would consider ideal. My mom really needs a place where she can be active with people and engaged. It was a nice place, but I just didn't feel it was right for my mom. The staff was nice, but it's not I feel like they went out of their way.

I toured Magnolia Crossing. It's a very homey feeling. It's a great location. The staff was very friendly. We even spoke to a couple of residents, and everybody was very nice. They were very detailed in their tour. They gave us all the information and answered all of our questions. They have a full kitchen and they have someone that cooks. They have a living room for people to go and relax and visit. They have an arts and crafts area where they have a big open table where people do crafts and puzzles, and play bingo, that kind of thing. They have a reading room. They have a lot of outside space.

I toured Magnolia Crossing, LLC for my partner. It seemed very nicely furnished and very comfortable looking. It's a very pleasant kind of place. The staff I met was nice. Everyone I talked to was quite friendly. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. The sales manager was very friendly and helpful. The facility looked very clean. It's a new building. Everything about it looked pleasant and homelike. You'd like to live there.

I went to Magnolia Crossing. The person that was supposed to give me the tour called in sick, so another person showed me around a little bit. She gave me some pamphlets and the person's card. What I liked about it is that the residents that live there have their own room. They don't share with anybody, so that is good and a plus for me. The room is pretty. It is a memory care center. The residents have their own private room. To me, it looked more like a house setting. They have a patio, and they can go outside. It is gated, so they won't be able to roam around. The person who took me around was good. She pretty much explained to me what was going to be done, and she explained to me what they do. They have activities. She was very informative. The facility was pretty clean.
