The caregivers at Gettysburg Christian Home are all nice. The place is clean and actually pretty spacious, so I like it. They are also helpful. They take care of my relative, give him a shower, and change him when needed. He says that the meals are very tasty. He has a TV in his room, but the residents also do puzzles, word games, and things like that. There's only 11 people, so it's a small home. I think it's a good value for the money.

My sister is residing in Gettysburg Christian Home. It's a nice place, but not as activity-oriented as the other place and it doesn't have a cafeteria. It's a home for 12 to 15 people. The staff is good. She has been there for two years now. The food looks appetizing. She has a one-bedroom. It has a shared restroom. It's like her bed and another bed. They have an armoire, a lamp, their bed, a chair, and a nightstand. What I like best about this community is the more home-like atmosphere. Value for money is much better.
