There is a lot of freedom. They are able to promptly give the medicines. The way they run it is good. They provide 24 hour care, there's someone there all the time. Although when an altercation happens and they are all there, there is only one person so in that case it's like they are there 50/50 of the time.

Garden Manor is the greatest place I have ever seen before. The staff is so wonderful when taking care of my mother. Everyone on the staff seems to love their job and care for the patients as if they were their own family members. My mother is always clean, well fed, and always has a smile on her face when I go to visit her, which is every evening. I am just so glad I found Garden Manor for my mother's new home. I just can't say enough about the staff there, from the cooks to the physical therapist that work with the patients. I would like to personally say a few words about the CNA's that actually do most of the work and work with the residents of Garden Manor more than anyone else. The CNA's are the best and I havent ran into one yet that has a frown on their face. They treat all the patients or residents there with the dignity and respect that every patient deserves.
