We toured. It was a little small. There was a room where people were gathering. They were doing arts and crafts for that day. They had a small library. It was also nice, and that was kind of fun because they had a bus stop on the campus in between their buildings for those seniors who were waiting for the bus, so they could leave to go wherever it was that they needed to go. I thought that was an interesting idea. The staff was super helpful.

The accommodations weren't even near as nice as the other facility I went to in terms of the room. I would prefer a room where the person feels more like it's their space. Like there's enough room for a bed, a chair, and a lamp. The room wasn't very big and they only had a little rail hanging in the bedroom (the other facility had a big walk-in closet) and I felt like I was in a cheap motel, frankly. I wouldn't want to put my loved one there. The staff was very nice and well-informed though. I had no complaints in that area at all. They seemed very caring and nice. It was more in a residential area and it's close to Newport Beach.

We are restricted from seeing our grandma during the pandemic and we miss her very much. The executive director is sending out multiple weekly updates to us family members and is sending us pictures of all the extra fun activities they are doing to keep the people occupied. We even Skyped with grandma! They are doing a great job during the crisis. Thank you for making us feel that grandma is safe during a difficult time.

It smelled when we walked in, and it's right on the freeway. My wife can't sleep with traffic noise, so it wasn't going to work out for her. However, the staff seemed nice, as well as the person who toured us. I observed a group playing a game. The rooms were small and didn't have TVs, but the dining area was fine.

The apartment that I saw was a one bedroom apartment and it was nice. The place was beautiful and clean. Everyone was nice and the staff were accommodating.. I saw that they have some games.

I wasn’t impressed at first. It was more of an individual long-term care place, and I was looking to move both of my parents, so it didn’t satisfy that need. Other than that, it was a nice facility. It’s a small environment but nice. The rooms are of a good size, and the dining area was small but nice. The neighborhood was quiet.

It is a small and a secure lock-down facility, but it doesn’t feel like one. The grounds are locked and not the individual rooms, so it has a homey atmosphere. They have nice grounds where they can wander by themselves or take an escort if they need one. The neighborhood is quiet, and the facility is backed up into a residential area. The residents live in cottages, with 7-10 rooms in each. You can have an individual room or two people in a room, but the bathrooms are shared, which is good for people with memory problems. They are very well staffed, have a day nurse on duty from Monday to Friday, and have doctors who come and visit, including a podiatrist who comes periodically. They also have hospice, so, hopefully, we may never have to move her again. My mom is getting moderate care. They do all of her grooming and manage all her medications. You can use their pharmacy or your own. They have hairdressers who comes once a week. They serve meals in the dining room, and the people in the same cottage sit together, so it’s more like a family. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents busy, like bingo, painting, different arts and crafts, and bowling. They have really worked well with us.
