"We moved my brother-in-law, Earl, here. He's really happy. It's very nice and we like it much better. He's in a room all by himself. It's furnished and has everything you need. He gets 3 meals a day, too. They have nice staff. He had an emergency about 2 weeks ago. He fell and hurt his hip. But he was well taken care of. They took him to the hospital about 2 miles away and had x-rays taken. I would definitely recommend them. There are not too many houses right around the area where it's located, but it's a very nice area. However, we would love for there to be parking a lot closer to the facility. I'm handicapped myself and I use a walker. It would be kind of convenient for us to park and walk to the front door. "

"At University Village, everyone was friendly. It was clean, and they had home healthcare onsite, if you needed it. It was conveniently located to where I live, and I was sold on that one. They were cottages that were all ground level, with your own front porch and little backyard area, and some of them have little fenced areas for pets. The dining area was all clean and nice, and one thing I did like is they didn't require that you have three meals a day. It was actually two, which gives people an option. "

"Cedar Ridge Senior Living was nice. The lady was fantastic and super nice. She made me eat a meal, and we sat down and talked. She was very personable. It's an older place, but they have been working on it and fixing it. It was clean. I was impressed with that. There were a lot of residents, and everybody was very pleasant. The food was good. The staff actually introduced me to a resident there and showed me his room. They had a movie room, outdoor walking and sitting areas, and a little gym. They had a list of activities they do."

"My father-in-law moved into Brookdale Broken Arrow. It was very homey. The staff treats everyone like family. The staff, from the kitchen to the nurse and nurse aides, are wonderful. Everybody was just very caring and kind. The room is kind of small, but it has everything my father-in-law needs. They play card games and dominoes. The staff interacts very well with the residents there. My father-in-law hasn't had any complaints about the food, so I'm assuming it's good. He lives for his three squares."

"My 80+ yr old mother moved here because her need of care in our home had exceeded our abilities. Sadly, we moved her in at the height of the pandemic and were unable to tour the facility beforehand. We had to base our decision solely on the sterling reputation of Baptist Village. Ours has been a good experience. Mom has bonded very well with the various members of the very caring staff. While it is not a new facility, it certainly seems to be well maintained. I visit twice weekly and always find it clean, warm (or cool - as needed). I have seen the residents engaged in various group activities like Bingo, solitaire, or Birthday gatherings. There is a library, a couple of friendly small birds in the lobby, a small garden spot, a piano, and an electric "fireplace" in the Liberty Place dining room. Mom even said there is a lady that visits with her craft cart to let those who which to participate, join in a craft. I've noticed there are snacks, juice, water, coffee, tea readily available for the folks to enjoy. Again, the staff goes above and beyond to care for the residents. Breakfast and lunch seem to always be heavier than supper. Thus the snacks. "

"My father is in North County for a couple of months now. They have different types of rooms, there’s studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The staff is excellent, accommodating, very friendly, and very helpful. He has no complaints with the food. They have a lot of exercise classes. They take them out in a van to Walmart, stores, they do movie nights, karaoke, and played music. "

"We had visited and this place was pretty good. The meal service was good. The rooms were adequate. The staff were professional and took good care of the people there. "

"I really like Leisure Village Health Care Community. My wife likes it, too. The food is excellent. The meals have some meat, veggies, and desserts. There are some rolls or something most of the time. As for the facility itself, the floors are always clean. The rooms are really nice. They have good paint on them and they're very comfortable to be in. Everyone always goes out of their way to help you. No problem. They always have patience and stuff like that. They have a beach ball thing that they play around with. We go out into the courtyard to get fresh air. They even do dominoes and stuff if you're able to. I think value for money is good. They have been helping me as much as they can to try and save money and things like that."

"As I drove up, I noticed it was quiet, clean, and the other residents were friendly. I noticed that there is a church right across the small parking lot which is perfect for my grandmother who likes to attend church on Sunday mornings. I met the assistant manager who was very nice and professional and we discussed the usual information like how much it cost to stay there, what was offered, etc. Then we got a small tour of the facility and saw the library, puzzle room/laundry, beauty parlor, living room, and the hall where they have a piano and a kitchen. They have a maintenance man on staff and is available for lighting pilot lights, fixing light bulbs, and general upkeep of the facility. Also, there is a school right across the street and the kids sometimes come over as a class and meet with the residents. Overall it was a nice place and my grandmother loved the atmosphere and already made a friend. Oh, they do allow pets under certain conditions which is similar to an apartment complex. "

"My mother was at Trinity Woods for about a month, she was in skilled nursing. The experience was wonderful. It's a beautiful place, and the nurses are great. Everybody was great from the nurses to the admissions, to the discharge people. I haven't had a meal there but she loved the food, and she gained weight, which she needed. The room was nice and clean. They have activities like they do concerts, they have independent living, they have rehab, and they do a lot of stuff. They let you visit pretty much any time you want to, which is nice. She could look out the window and they were always doing some really pretty landscaping there. It was a little expensive, but it's well worth it."

"Our Mother was in Franciscan Villa for over a year. The staff was very caring and helpful. The facility was clean and a pleasant atmosphere. We couldn't have gotten a better "home" for our momma (GG). Thank you to the staff for everything they did for her and for us..."
