"It is nice. There are friendly people that help you, it's a great place. My apartment has a bath with a shower, and a little kitchen area with a refrigerator and microwave. And then in the bedroom, there's a small living room with a TV and a recliner chair. The staff is great and the food is fair, they serve three meals a day. They had a happy hour once a week, and they serve juice and sweets. They provide physical therapy classes and they play bingo twice a week. They've got a courtyard."

"At University Village, everyone was friendly. It was clean, and they had home healthcare onsite, if you needed it. It was conveniently located to where I live, and I was sold on that one. They were cottages that were all ground level, with your own front porch and little backyard area, and some of them have little fenced areas for pets. The dining area was all clean and nice, and one thing I did like is they didn't require that you have three meals a day. It was actually two, which gives people an option. "

"Cedar Ridge Senior Living was nice. The lady was fantastic and super nice. She made me eat a meal, and we sat down and talked. She was very personable. It's an older place, but they have been working on it and fixing it. It was clean. I was impressed with that. There were a lot of residents, and everybody was very pleasant. The food was good. The staff actually introduced me to a resident there and showed me his room. They had a movie room, outdoor walking and sitting areas, and a little gym. They had a list of activities they do."

"I have both my parents in the memory care in Broken Arrow. My father was there for three years until he passed in 2016. My mother still lives there,also in the memory care and has been there three and a half years. Most of the staff has been there since my mother took up residence there. The staff is great, they are kind of like family members to me in a lot of ways after being here for this long. The Excutive Director Karri Willard has made changes since arriving in 2016, all to make things even better for the residents and the family members. I will say this if Karri tells you she will take care of something that you don't like you can bet she will, if at all possible. The facility and rooms are keeper very clean by the staff. The food has gotten better since Karri has taken over less then a year ago, and her and the staff will find something for the resident to eat if they want something a little different. So if your looking for a place for your loved one, go by and let them give you a tour and answer your questions. "

"Baptist Village is a retirement community, an assisted living place, and a memory place. We were very impressed. It is an older community as far as the building, but it does look like home, and we'll feel more comfortable there. They are friendly, and they did offer us a two-bedroom apartment with one bath, which was way too small. My husband has to have a walker to get around, and there would be no way he could have gotten around in that part of the bathroom. The only complaint I had was they raise the rent every first of the year. That is going to be hard for a senior citizen especially when they are living on social security and their retirement. "

"My father is in North County for a couple of months now. They have different types of rooms, there’s studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The staff is excellent, accommodating, very friendly, and very helpful. He has no complaints with the food. They have a lot of exercise classes. They take them out in a van to Walmart, stores, they do movie nights, karaoke, and played music. "

"Saint Simeon's Senior Community was a great, well-cared-for place with great people, food, and apartments."

"We had visited and this place was pretty good. The meal service was good. The rooms were adequate. The staff were professional and took good care of the people there. "

"I really like Leisure Village Health Care Community. My wife likes it, too. The food is excellent. The meals have some meat, veggies, and desserts. There are some rolls or something most of the time. As for the facility itself, the floors are always clean. The rooms are really nice. They have good paint on them and they're very comfortable to be in. Everyone always goes out of their way to help you. No problem. They always have patience and stuff like that. They have a beach ball thing that they play around with. We go out into the courtyard to get fresh air. They even do dominoes and stuff if you're able to. I think value for money is good. They have been helping me as much as they can to try and save money and things like that."

"As I drove up, I noticed it was quiet, clean, and the other residents were friendly. I noticed that there is a church right across the small parking lot which is perfect for my grandmother who likes to attend church on Sunday mornings. I met the assistant manager who was very nice and professional and we discussed the usual information like how much it cost to stay there, what was offered, etc. Then we got a small tour of the facility and saw the library, puzzle room/laundry, beauty parlor, living room, and the hall where they have a piano and a kitchen. They have a maintenance man on staff and is available for lighting pilot lights, fixing light bulbs, and general upkeep of the facility. Also, there is a school right across the street and the kids sometimes come over as a class and meet with the residents. Overall it was a nice place and my grandmother loved the atmosphere and already made a friend. Oh, they do allow pets under certain conditions which is similar to an apartment complex. "

"My mother was at Trinity Woods for about a month, she was in skilled nursing. The experience was wonderful. It's a beautiful place, and the nurses are great. Everybody was great from the nurses to the admissions, to the discharge people. I haven't had a meal there but she loved the food, and she gained weight, which she needed. The room was nice and clean. They have activities like they do concerts, they have independent living, they have rehab, and they do a lot of stuff. They let you visit pretty much any time you want to, which is nice. She could look out the window and they were always doing some really pretty landscaping there. It was a little expensive, but it's well worth it."

"My mother-in-law is at Claremore Nursing Home. It's a very clean facility. The food is decent. They have a lot of activities, and they're always interacting with their clients. They have a central nursing desk. Each hallway has direct access to it, and each hallway has humidifiers. So far, we're pretty pleased with the care. As with every long-term care facility we looked at, there's always a lack of employees. It's hard to get enough employees, and that's the only negative I've seen. They're sometimes shorthanded. They have a community room with a TV. Most of the individuals go to the dining room as well."

"The Apartments are very nice. There are 4 small neighborhoods so the feel is in style of a lovely private home, not a large facility. No long hallways or corridors. Outside of ea. Apt. is the living room, fireplace lounge, and dinning room for ea. neighborhood. Nice homey feel. There are larger common areas if you want to join in with games, activities, sing alongs, and much more. The staff is very caring and helpful. The environment is friendly and inviting. Great friendships are made & kept here. Living here is encouraging & loving. I hear often from residents here "I wish I would have moved in sooner". The food is VERY good."
