"I went to Ozarks Methodist Manor yesterday. The social worker was able to set up a tour for us. They were amazing. Everybody was super nice. They had the facilities, and the room was perfect. Everything was just really great there. They have all the steps of care there. They have assisted living, independent living, and the other one when you're not able to care for yourself, and stuff like that. They showed us the dining room, too. They have Walmart trips every week. They have a laundry area. They also provide a service where you pay an extra fee per month, and they can do the laundry for you, which is convenient for my friend because he doesn't do his laundry. They provide housekeeping and meals, too. The other place we looked at was $3000, and this place was $3500, so they're only $500 more, but you're getting way more amenities. Everybody seems nice. They have activities all the time. The guys get together every morning, and the women get together, too. It was just really, really nice. I think they have a great thing going. This year is their hundredth year that they've been in business. Everything seems pretty clean. We did not try the food, but the staff said we were more than welcome to come for lunch or something today if we wanted to."

"My father-in-law will be moving into Oak Pointe of Monett. It's close to our house. They also have a memory care center, and he will need that. It's just a beautiful place. They have taken care of it. They have a studio, one bedroom, and two bedrooms. They have activity areas, a chapel, a music area, and common areas. We even had lunch one day up there, and the food was very good. The staff members were very good, nice, and attentive to everything."

A secure yard area is located directly off the unit with attendant supervision. Staff, residents, and families of the unit will have frequent opportunities for education and training related to the management and learning needs of the unit. The staff members of Autumn Court are individually selected and trained for their skill in providing care to residents on the unit. "My sister-in-law is happy down at the Lawrence County Manor. She has to have help with some things. It's OK, but they've been in quarantine since she got put there. I haven't seen her per se, except through the window. The staff is very caring, and they seem to be doing a great job. It's back on a dead-end road, and back a little bit off of the main drag. I don't really know that much about it, but it seems nice out there. The price is about the same as any of the others that I've seen."

"Bristol Manor was not very caring and tended to be neglectful. They did not have enough staff on hand which resulted in residents becoming ill. We had to move my grandmother out of there and into a better facility. The residents were friendly and got a long well but that did not make up for the quality y of living. The manor's home is located right off a major highway and gets a lot of traffic. There are developments springing up around the manor and there is not very much space for the residents to move around. The owners of the facility try their best to take care of the residents but they are under staffed and have trouble providing adequate care. With our case the staff might have taken advantage of our grandmother while she was sick and taken belongings from her but that is just speculation. I would not want anyone's grandparent or relative to stay in this place. "

"We have placed my mom into a nursing home called Sonshine Manor. She likes it. She's happy there. It's clean. They're friendly. They're good to her. My mom's room has a standard-sized bathroom and a shower. It has closets, a bed, and lots of shelves, so she can put pictures and things. The room is clean. It's just an ordinary room though. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. My mom likes the food. They have things for them to do, but my mom is just starting to participate in things. With regards to value for money, it's just average compared to everybody else."

"The facility has been wonderful for my grandmother. It is very nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and very nice. My grandmother loves it there and all the activities. There hasn't been one complaint from her yet. If you you had to put your family anywhere this would be the place. I hope this helps someone who is having trouble finding a nursing home. "

"The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village was a beautiful facility. The rooms were spacious. We were surprised by the pricing and the amount of space they were providing. They had a microwave in the room. The staff was very informative and friendly. They had some areas outside for residents to sit. They had an activities area and a lady doing some activities for some of the residents there. They had all types of activities for the residents."

"My brother is a resident of Mission Ridge Assisted Living. They're very nice, very thoughtful, helpful, and they get good care. His room is adequate, not overly big, but it's very clean and nice. The food is very good. They have bingo, get-togethers, crafts, exercise, and television. The staff is very thoughtful and pretty much on top of everything. They keep in touch if there's a question, and they give me a call."

"Wedgewood Gardens facility was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive to their clients. They had a dietician, an RN staff, and a pharmacist assistant on staff. Just a great place, a nice place. My dad did stay there for about five days for respite and he enjoyed that. It was great."
