My wife and I have been living in Fairview Manor for five years. We love it. Club House, active Activities Board, daily coffee and newspaper, fenced heated pool and hot tub, well-kept secure grounds, dog park, garbage pickup at the door twice a week, two potlucks a month, monthly Koffee Klutch, flat enough to easily walk, native plants and wildlife, plenty of parking, convenient location, inexpensive.

My experience at Fairview Manor wasn't very good. It was a horrible trailer rental park for seniors. I was there for a whole year, and they increased my rent at the end. A tenant would wake me up three to four times a day by scraping the outside of my trailer, and the office didn't do anything about it. On top of that, they stole my deposit. The staff doesn't want to talk to you; you pay your rent and that's it. They had activities and a swimming pool. At first I wasn't accepted because I'm Puerto Rican. The place was OK, but if you have a problem with other people, it's on you.
