Thank you for taking the time to review our community. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the condition of the building and we sincerely apologize that your experience here at The Springs of Scottsdale fell short of our high standards. We take all concerns seriously and will be using your comments to make further improvements to maintain the high levels of satisfaction we expect at The Springs of Scottsdale. It is disappointing to see a one star rating because we know we can do better and hope you will give us that chance! I would love to hear more about your specific experience so that we can make the necessary changes and arrangements. Please reach out to me. Thank you!

I am so sorry you had a bad experience on your tour, this is a very rare occurrence. We have not experienced anyone moving out because they were unhappy. We are currently updating the apartments as they become vacant. We are, also, renovating our total building. Work should begin in a few short months. Thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience at "The Springs". Loretta Sprau, Leasing Manager
