They have made my experience positive by allowing me to not have to go to the nursing home. I have some nice caregivers, but the only thing I don't like is that they do not let me know when the caregiver is not coming.

While they were here, they were really good. They missed a couple of days due to scheduling issues that were partially my fault. They have good people and are good communicators.

They have helped me with getting the groceries, carrying them in and putting them away. They are really bad if you call and leave a message, they don't return my calls. Also, when I call to set up my grocery shopping, they never call and get a hold of Julie, even though they say they will.

They have made my experience positive by simply providing the care. I don't know where I would be as one who has been entrusted to be his caregiver, and before them, I was desperate. I like that they call me back. When a family is in this situation, it's amazing how many phone calls are not returned with other agencies.

We are happy to have help from them, they just aren't being consistent with us. They need to be consistent. If I had known they couldn't provide the hours, we wouldn't have chosen them. They haven't been able to fulfill shifts.
