The caregiver from SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County was wonderful. We had to change caregivers a couple of times, and the agency was with us the whole time and helped a lot. The caregiver's attitude was very positive and helpful, and she was willing to do really anything that my sister asked her to do. She cleaned the entire house, caught up on laundry, did some cooking, and helped her with daily activities when needed. She was a big help, was very pleasant, easy to work with, and did exactly what she was told. We're very pleased with their services.

Synergy Homecare provides good service. The office people in particular have been awesome as far as keeping me informed. They’re also very responsive to any questions I have. The caregivers are great and I’m satisfied with their care.

I found that Synergy is very focused on client satisfaction. If a home care aid is is not satisfactory to you they quickly remove them and send a new person as soon as possible. If you need a temporary or a permanent schedule change they will make it happen. The aids they send will vary in background but all seem to have a caring attitude. If they do not they are replaced. I was satisfied with the way they worked with my LTC insurance carrier to take automatic payments. I would positively recommend them to anyone needing home care.

From the supervisor to the caregivers, has been efficient and we are very pleased with the outcome. The two women that look after our father are amazing, caring and loving. Synergy has been a fabulous company. Because of the immediate response they provided, we were able to have our mother move out of a care facility and into our home. They matched her with a kind and caring woman who provides help and companionship on a daily basis. The company is very responsive; if our usual care provider is ill, they send an equally kind and qualified person. They also are quick to respond to questions and to stay in touch to make sure we continue to be satisfied with the service.
