We selected Amcare Pro from a list provided to us by the case worker at the hospital for my dad. She spoke highly of their care. We didn't know what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised when their office staff called us. They went over the services and what to anticipate putting my dad at ease. I was very impressed with the nurse that came out. She was very friendly and patient and mostly importantly my dad likes her. Everything has gone well so far.

They have provided no care. I was discharged last Thursday post hip replacement and still have had no one out to check my home for safe mobility, evaluation of my needs. Every barrier to receiving care has had to be addressed and solved by my daughter and myself. Management has failed to return any calls. If Ashley is your initial contact, refuse this company!

I was fortunate to hire Amcare pro on behalf of my 93 year old mother after the previous caregiver company attempted to essentially double her agreed upon rates. My bed-bound mother required 24 hour in-home care and Amcare pro diligently worked to quickly put together a great team of experienced and caring companions. But I believe what sets Amcare pro apart from the series of other companies I had dealt with, was their management staff's professionalism and honesty. They prioritized providing good service to the client over that of solely making a profit, unlike many of other in-home care providers. When it came time to move my mother from Texas to Virginia to be near her family, Amcare pro made every effort to make the transition smooth. In short, I highly recommend them.

We were referred to this company by the nurse at Charlton Methodist. Their rep showed up within a few hours and talked us through their programs and gave us a deep insight into home health and all available options of care. This was our first encounter with home health services & so we were not aware of what to expect. She was very patient with my husband and joked with him...he felt very comfortable. We started services the next day. We really like the attendant that comes to bathe my husband & the male nurse we requested.

Our family has been with this company since 2011. First my dad was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we used their caregivers in his last stages. Recently my mother's condition has deteriorated and she has become bed bound. Fortunately, they still have the same caregivers working for them and they were able to get the same caregivers that cared for my dad to care for our mom. My sister and i are very grateful to have them.

Selected this agency from a list provided to my dad after his rehab stint. All services were provided under the guidance of my dads doctor. So far we've been pleased with the staff. I also like that the office manager called to make introductions.

i would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness & flexibility. due to several family members making frequent trips to visit my dad, our weekly schedules changed constantly . the aides, therapists and nurses were very accommodating. thank you for your services.

We interviewed this agency when we were considering in home care for my mom. They had very good credentials and references...however, we could not use them because my mom had to go into a nursing home.

I've been using Accessible to care for my mom for close to 2 years now. We've had the same 2 caregivers & are very happy with them. Also, the office staff is very cooperative and responsive.

Accessible's aides provided round the clock care for my mom in her last stages of Alzheimer's. I would highly recommend Nicole and Lidia from their staff. They were excellent.

i am forever indebted to these folks for caring for my dad who has parkinson's and my mom who was burnt out caring for him. i live out of state and they don't have any family around. Accessible's caregivers have done an exceptional job so far and have taken helped my parents stay at home and reduced the burden on me tremendously as i used to make frequent trips to make sure they were doing well. I am grateful to them. thank you.
