Didn't even get to work with this company. I asked to be my fathers caregiver and she supposedly sent info to someone that would call me. They never did. After texting this person she always said that she was out of office and would get back with me. She never responded. She Joana just gave me the runaround. Terrible service and they cant get back to you at all. This went on for weeks. Such a waste of my time. I wouldn't bother with them at all.

I don't know about you-but I absolutely love the care I receive from Grace Unlimited. Their staff is so patient and caring. I've had then same care attendant for 7 months and she become more like family. Thanks for providing me with quality service!!

I am a current pca client of grace unlimited and i would like to warn all potential customers that this company is highly unprofessional. Their caregivers destroy property, don't know basic food handling procedures, rhey will eat up your food and are basically lazy. They will watch tv, get on facebook, talk on the phone, listen to music, most of tjem can't cook or clean and will bring their children to your home. They sat and berated a poor quadriplegic woman simply because they did not want to their jobs for her. And when addressing the problem s with Grace Unlimited they promised to replace all broken, ruined and misused items. It is going on a year and i am still waiting. The 2 items they did replace were with cheaper lesser quality items that were destroyed. They pcas and so called management are liars and clueless. The office and pca turnover rate is shamefully high. I am awaiting a response on when my items will be replaced. I will keep you posted. Please be warned.

The military suggested Grace Unlimited and they had a contract with them. They are very good. They are on time. The only thing that I have on an on-going basis right now is their attendance to bathe him two to three times a week. But sometimes they have a shortage on PAs.
