They help the most with proper communication and keeping me posted. Things hasn't been smooth like how it was like when we first had the service.

Right now, I am balancing my full-time job and still caring for my mom 24/7 so it gave me a chance to breathe and not worry about her being taken care of. I like that it was easy to schedule. The caretakers who came were actual caretakers.

It's been helpful. The people they send are pleasant, and my mom has no complaints. They help with ADL's, walking and getting up. They get her meals. It's not too intensive. I like that they're consistent. Whenever I need care through my employer, Synergy is usually the one to sends someone over. I appreciate the consistency.

They shouldn't leave their clients unattended. I have been in so much pain. My house is a mess. The aides could be vaccinated.

They are flexible with providing care for my loved one, and they have good communication with me. When the care is not enough, I would like them to recommend full-time nursing facilities. That would help. They should be able to recognize when that change is needed.

They help with getting up and ready in the morning, preparing meals, and organizing his morning medication. I like the person that's working with my brother.

My mom couldn't have gotten along without them because I had to go to work, and she needed help. We had three different home care people and they were all very nice, but one went out of her way to do even more. We had two relatively young people, and an older woman who went above and beyond. We are pleased with all three. I just wish it was more consistent.

I don't have to worry about my father's care. I feel confident that they will do what they need to do to provide for him. It seems to me that the women have limited mobility because they don't have cars.
