As a trustee of a family trust, I hired Interim HealthCare to provide personal care services to my 98 year old friend, in the final days of her life. She lived in an assisted living facility and after a hospitalization returned on Hospice. The facility could not meet her needs so I hired Interim. I was very pleased with how quickly Judy W. put together the staffing. The caregivers provided total personal care for her, including bathing, skin care toileting, oral care and feeding, when she was able to ea or drink. I found them to be knowledgeable and very caring. They arrived on time, were clean and professional in appearance and the other friends and family involved in her care told me they were pleased with the caregivers they met. Over the past year I have counted on Interim to provide in home care for a monthly infusion. While I don’t have extensive experience working with Interim administrators, I can't say enough positive things about my nurse, Jennifer. She is professional, patient, and always communicates with me if changes or issues arise. My infusions have run anywhere from 6 hours to 10 hours and I am grateful that I have had Jennifer work with my changing dosage and medical needs. Jennifer has gone out of her way to accommodate my schedule when possible. I have infused overnight (with Jennifer monitoring my vitals until 4am), at work (once when the fire alarm went off in my building, Jennifer carried a bag of medical supplies outside while we waited for the “all clear”), and at home (she once drove to me in a snowstorm!) I am grateful to get to work with her each month and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking in home care.
