Myself and my brother Charles have been with the company for a few years now and the caregivers we have now have all been amazing and very helpful to us . We wouldn’t know what we would do without Home care assistance. Our care manager is always on top of our scheduling when needed and is always there to help. Home care assistance has been a huge blessing.

Consummate professionals! They provide 24/7 care for my 100 year old Aunt. They have been responsive to all her needs. She is extremely happy and safe which is exactly what we wanted. Their Caregivers are exceptional and exceed all of our expectations. A top notch firm!

They should get better, qualified people to care. The worst thing is the home care person who is in charge of scheduling. They need to be more responsive to my needs.

It makes her more mobile. She feels more independent. They're pretty consistent with the care. It took awhile, but we found caregivers that my mom gets along with well.

Home care assistance has excellent caregivers. Their care freed up my time to be able to do things on my own. I feel confident in the care my mother would have while I am away. the office staff was very accommodating with schedule changes and reached out to check in on the quality of care. thank you

Home Care Assistance is very responsive to my needs as a client. Also, if it is necessary to make a change, they take care of it right away. Thanks to the services, it is easy to get someone to answer my questions. The caregiver takes my wife out and they go to the gym and do some exercises. They also do other activities together for entertainment. They are keeping her busy, as I had request. The caregiver is a good match because she is meeting my wife's needs. The caregiver is perfect for what we need.

We have been a client for almost 2 years and we like how Home Care Assistance is very conscientious to make sure there is coverage when i needed. 95% of the time we get a very good employee match for our needs when we need a schedule change. The individuals that have provided service for the most part have been helpful. I don't know what we would do without Home Care Assistance because my mom lives with me and I don't want to leave her alone when I go out. Our caregiver is consistently on time, thoughtful and caring. She is always looking for something extra to do and if it is quiet time she looks for things to do. Our caregiver is concerned about mom's oxygen level and if it is low she encourages her to rest - she's very sensitive to her needs.

Have used this agency for over two years for my Mom's live-in care. The initial experience was fairly positive. However, this has changed over the past year or so. They started decreasing our primary caregivers days, so that now some weeks she will only be working three days instead of the five we started with. They have also had great problems with providing a suitable weekend caregiver, giving little or no consideration to how the personalities will mesh. They also have provided people who barely met even the basic qualifications. Just last week they sent a caregiver that didn't even know how to do a bed to wheelchair transfer, didn't know what a gate/transfer belt was, and was just physically too small to provide the physical assistance my Mom's requires. Unfortunately, this was not the first time they sent such a poorly qualified "caregiver". Steer clear of the company, they will try to sweet talk you with half truths and manipulations. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for way too long. I'm at this site to help me with my market research.
