Consummate professionals! They provide 24/7 care for my 100 year old Aunt. They have been responsive to all her needs. She is extremely happy and safe which is exactly what we wanted. Their Caregivers are exceptional and exceed all of our expectations. A top notch firm!

Home care assistance has excellent caregivers. Their care freed up my time to be able to do things on my own. I feel confident in the care my mother would have while I am away. the office staff was very accommodating with schedule changes and reached out to check in on the quality of care. thank you

Home Care Assistance is very responsive to my needs as a client. Also, if it is necessary to make a change, they take care of it right away. Thanks to the services, it is easy to get someone to answer my questions. The caregiver takes my wife out and they go to the gym and do some exercises. They also do other activities together for entertainment. They are keeping her busy, as I had request. The caregiver is a good match because she is meeting my wife's needs. The caregiver is perfect for what we need.

We have been a client for almost 2 years and we like how Home Care Assistance is very conscientious to make sure there is coverage when i needed. 95% of the time we get a very good employee match for our needs when we need a schedule change. The individuals that have provided service for the most part have been helpful. I don't know what we would do without Home Care Assistance because my mom lives with me and I don't want to leave her alone when I go out. Our caregiver is consistently on time, thoughtful and caring. She is always looking for something extra to do and if it is quiet time she looks for things to do. Our caregiver is concerned about mom's oxygen level and if it is low she encourages her to rest - she's very sensitive to her needs.

Have used this agency for over two years for my Mom's live-in care. The initial experience was fairly positive. However, this has changed over the past year or so. They started decreasing our primary caregivers days, so that now some weeks she will only be working three days instead of the five we started with. They have also had great problems with providing a suitable weekend caregiver, giving little or no consideration to how the personalities will mesh. They also have provided people who barely met even the basic qualifications. Just last week they sent a caregiver that didn't even know how to do a bed to wheelchair transfer, didn't know what a gate/transfer belt was, and was just physically too small to provide the physical assistance my Mom's requires. Unfortunately, this was not the first time they sent such a poorly qualified "caregiver". Steer clear of the company, they will try to sweet talk you with half truths and manipulations. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for way too long. I'm at this site to help me with my market research.

We were saddened that you felt your experience with our services was less than satisfactory. The wellbeing of our clients and our caregivers is of utmost importance to us and that is why throughout the years we have worked hard to put procedures and processes in place to ensure the best experience for both our clients and our caregivers. Upon reviewing the documented history of your concerns, our journal documents showed that during the last year of service that your mother had with us, 73% of the shifts were filled with the same 4 caregivers. In a year’s time, given illness and time off requests, that is generally considered a very acceptable continuity of employee staffing. It is true that the caregiver that was working 5 days a week, requested a reduction in days, as she felt she needed more family time. In order to maintain the high standards of quality care, we ensure that our caregivers are treated in the best manner just like our clients and, hence, granting such requests are not uncommon.
It is also true that a caregiver was sent the week before Jan 10 that was unable to transfer your Mother and she was replaced by another live-in caregiver within a few hours’ time. Unfortunately, there are times when a caregiver is not able to perform a specific duty and when we are made aware or come to find out, we do our best to send a replacement in a timely manner so as not to affect the wellbeing of our clients and caregivers.
A week prior to you ending services with us, your preferred caregiver had a very unfortunate and unpleasant incident with your son, the client’s adult grandson, who also lived in the home. This incident was so upsetting to our caregiver, that after providing care for your mother for 2 years, she requested to be re-assigned.
We understand so well, that caring for a parent can cause trying times and situations with everyone concerned and we try our best to meet together as a team and collaborate in the best interest of the family member that is requiring assistance.
Your mother is remembered fondly here by many that were involved in her care, she was a delightful and wonderful woman. We hope that by you making us aware of your concerns, and our review of them, we are better equipped to meet all of our client’s needs. As always, we wish you and your family the very best.
