I chose A Simple Solution because I was able to negotiate a lower rate. The agency was good up to point. We had problems with people not showing up and not calling to let me know though. Their dependability was a little questionable. They need to improve on it. The scheduling and billing was fine.

We hired Dynamic for 24/7 care. Over 7 months of care we had a couple of really caring and outstanding caregivers. But others were sorely lacking in experience, professionalism. My biggest issue with this agency is how shamefully poorly they paid their employees. We paid $4,000 a week for care, they paid these women $15 an hour! Which explains a lot. On another level, when my husband passed, we never even received a sympathy card from them! I don’t know, I think that goes back to how professional these people really are. Even our Doctor sent flowers. In the bigger picture not all that important I realize, but then again, it speaks to the kind of an organization you are dealing with. $4,000 a week merits some kind of acknowledgement that the patient has passed. The $15 an hour caregivers were more sensitive and acknowledged our loss.

I signed up for first time. Bill was only supposed to be around $57. To my surprise received bill for $275 since driver had recorded 14 hour appointment. Ridiculous was only for roughly 2 hour appt. The rep stated she would get this mistake fixed. Then 3 weeks later get call from California office billing requesting payment for $275. I had to repeat to her several times that trip was only 2 hours, not 14 hours. I will never use this company again. I understand mistakes are made which I am ok with and the Las Vegas rep assures me now mistake is fixed. But what is disappointing the California billing office rep the way she talked to me as if I am lying and I should not have to repeat to her whole trip was for 2 hours, not 14 hours.

If this is the better home health agency that the MD believes it to be. God save Nevada. First communication is poor. One came and saw my mom in the hospital (she is 77 y/o) shortly after surgery but did not try to talk to the family at all so my mom denies knowledge of what was toled to her. I could not get hold of the RN and had to make frequent calss to find out when she would visit. When she finally showed up she had no idenification and did not introduce herself. Almost slamed door but needed to get services started to get my mom well. She sat in a chair as far from my mom as possible and complained about the paperwork. Her assment was poor and did not look at things like vision (she has glacoma and MD) and would not have looked at the incision expect I couldn't tell her how many centimeters it was. Then she procedes to take down her pants and look at the incision in the living room in fronmt of the glass sliding door!! Even when mentioned to her, there was no oop is this ok or anything. There was no plan of care communicated to my mom of how long to expect services, what to expect etc (first time user of home care). The RN did mention repeatly not to call the agency but the MD or 911. The only saving grace to there operation is the Physical Therapist. He also did not have an ID but introduced himself and came in shook my moms hand sat near her and did his paperwork without complaining. He had called 3 times to see if the nurse had done her assessment and continues to communicate well. 0 stars and no I would not recomend and I am a Registered Nurse.
