I am currently using the home care services of Loving Embrace Home Care - Las Vegas, NV. They're okay, and my caregiver is good, except she wants to do everything right away and just sits for the rest of the time, and that kind of bothers me. She sits and watches TV next to me, and that's not my thing. I've reduced the time from where it used to be. Now it's 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. It used to be 3 hours in the morning and another 3 hours in the evening. They come five days a week, and do pretty much everything, including getting me in and out of bed and standing by while I take my shower. I'm handicapped in walking, so they bring my meals to the table or my computer table. They also do the laundry, take the trash out, and clean the bathroom and the kitchen. The billing was good until all of a sudden, they wanted me to pay by Zelle. I don't like Zelle because I've had problems with it before, and they said it's the only thing that they accept now. I said to cancel, but I guess now they're back to using credit cards.
