"When we found Caring Hand Home Health, they called us immediately. It turns out that the lady who was the administrator lives near us and she came over and we went over the paper work right away. We've had two or three employees that came over from the provider and they've done a good job. They all seem to be very friendly, energetic, and encouraging, and they were able to keep my mom's spirits up. We have them three days a week, for a maximum of three hours a day, and they've been very accommodating and punctual. They basically provide bathing services and take mom on errands and to her appointments.
