When we found Caring Hand Home Health, they called us immediately. It turns out that the lady who was the administrator lives near us and she came over and we went over the paper work right away. We've had two or three employees that came over from the provider and they've done a good job. They all seem to be very friendly, energetic, and encouraging, and they were able to keep my mom's spirits up. We have them three days a week, for a maximum of three hours a day, and they've been very accommodating and punctual. They basically provide bathing services and take mom on errands and to her appointments. They also heat up the meals I prepare before I leave for the week, and they help take the trash out on trash day. Mostly, they just focus on my mom and everything she wants to do.

I chose to hire the services of A Caring Hand Home Health for the care of my wife because of the price. I also had a little knowledge about the agency. The agency was able to find caregivers immediately. There were 3 caregivers who came to our house. They always showed up on time. And they took care of my wife. I had no complaints about their care.
