The care that BrightStar Care Henderson has provided for my husband so far is excellent. We have them for an hour in the morning and an hour in the night to help him get dressed and undressed. I also have a physical therapist, which is wonderful. They're the only agency that will do an hour, though you have to pay a little bit more, because we don't need someone all day long. I think they are a wonderful agency. If I needed the house dusted or vacuumed they would also do that, but I mostly need them for personal care for my husband. The caregivers we have are professional and have always been very nice.

I am currently a client of BrightStar Care of Henderson. I can’t walk or stand, so they have to take care of my toilet duties. I have some use of my arms so I can help wash myself and brush my teeth, but they have to bring things to me to do that. Those are the personal care I’m getting. I’m also getting physical therapy but they really want me to be in a rehab facility. I’m perfectly happy with my caregivers. They’re very good at what they do, very professional and yet very friendly. I would rate them a 5 star because I really like them, but I’m the one paying for them. My insurance company only covers another home-care provider which has the lowest rating. I am extremely satisfied with them. They’re great. I get what I’m paying for. I love them all. I like everybody that comes in my door.

BrightStar Care could have made life easier by sending caregivers who could show up on time because, due to their late arrival, they caused me to be late to work.
