If someone wants a set schedule that never changes then they're great but they didn't fit the changes that I needed. If they could have had the flexibility to change appointments with enough notice to allow me to do the things that I needed to do, then everything would have been fine.

They are usually on time. They are helpful. They help with house work and getting to doctors' appointments.

SYNERGY HomeCare helps me in the morning and the caregivers do a good job in doing things for me. SYNERGY HomeCare has made my life easier by helping me in the morning and making my bed because my back is kind of stiff and sore.

I would tell someone that SYNERGY HomeCare is willing to help where it is needed. My loved one has dementia so the caregivers help him with every day things.

SYNERGY HomeCare sent a really good caregiver that worked well with my loved one. She knew how to make my loved one laugh. The caregiver cooked meals and tried to make what my loved one liked.

I would recommend SYNERGY HomeCare because they have been faithful and good to us, and they have done everything we have needed. Right now, the services from SYNERGY HomeCare are just minimal, but they are very helpful.

I am not satisfied with SYNERGY HomeCare. SYNERGY HomeCare caregivers don't know how to give a good bath. They could help with the dishes, and things like that.

My cleaning lady is really good and she does a great job. Having SYNERGY helps out a lot because I really need someone to help me out. I am in a lot of pain and my husband just go out of the hospital.
