I faced an unexpected health challenge for the only family member I had. It was my turn to care for him, yet managing my personal life and work with these tasks was not balancing out correctly. Hiring someone to fill this role is hard as you only want the best for your loved one. Working with Firstlight after dealing with a past CNA/companion company for 8 months has been the best experience ever! It has been about 3-4 weeks since we switched to FL. 1) Best care companion selection 2) Communication with any staff at FL is personable, responsive and pleasant. The management always follows up and always takes our calls 3) Customized care plans 4) Reduced costs from previous company Firstlight listened and evaluated what we wanted in a caregiver, and along came Jill. We do not want to share her! Jill makes our family member smile, attends social events with him, accompanies doctors appts, does any shopping for groceries and personal care items, and so much more. After calling 5 companies to hire, FirstLight responded quickly, was personable, and customized a care plan- and found Jill! This group is wonderful, and I would be happy to share my experience with anyone.

FirstLight Home Care has been AMAZING in the care of my parents. I would give them 10 stars if allowed. They came into our lives in the midst of a health crisis for my parents. They went above and beyond in their care. They communicated effectively with me and provided loving care to my parents, who were initially skeptical about receiving care. It did not take long for my parents to start singing their praises and wanting to know when and how often they could come back again. They love having Litra and Howard provide assistance. THANK YOU, FirstLight!!!!!!

Our caregiver Allieis a special angel for my husband. We had her over a year to present She always engages with my husbandmno matter how his mood is. She always willing to help. We also have had Peggy & Hanna . We are pleased with all First Light Staff.
