We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. We see on the schedule there was one day where attendance was not consistent, and you cancelled the shift as a result of it. There was another day our office was made aware that an aide had to leave early, therefore a replacement was sent to cover the remaining shift time. Our office manager has spoken to you to gather details and resolve your issue. If you have further concerns that need to be addressed, please contact us. If you ever have an issue with caregiver attendance or your time not being fulfilled, it is best to contact our office immediately so it can be resolved quickly.
