Iam a former CNA my self. Always taking care of others. Now I need the help myself. It is hard to except help from others. The agency staff, realize this and worked very hard with me to except help. I have no problem with their caregivers . Changes are always hard for me . When I had to change one care giver for another the two caregivers came out together, the transaction was made very comfortable for me. Learning to trust the management I know longer worried about a new care giver filing in. The service and request I have made have always been addressed. like Iam important and loved and like I have new family I feel grateful and blessed

I was given good info from the office and from the caregivers about what they were able to do. They have always been on time. Caregivers and the agency have responded positively to my requests.

We've been using Home Instead for a month now for my mother. They come twice a week for two hours a time. They bathe my mom, help her have a walk, do activities with her, and try to keep her active. The pricing was very good and the owner was very helpful and answered any questions. She was very open and easy to work with. I was very pleased. My mom's caregiver is great, very upbeat, has a lot of compassion, and easy to work with.

I am so happy with Home Instead, and the next time I need the service again, I would definitely go to them. I needed one person to come once every other week for 3 hours for laundry, but she also did the housework. I’ve been using them for 10 weeks now.

Home Instead is currently providing in home care to my elderly father in Grand Rapids. We tried other agencies but my father wasn't satisfied and they seemed somewhat disorganized. Based on what we have experienced I would recommend this company.
