They do stay there with him and it gives me time to do things for myself, but I have to give him showers and feed him myself when they could be doing that. They can't fill all of the hours Danny gets so I am looking for another company to fill what they can't.

Right at Home is a wonderful company to work with. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The caregivers are attentive, responsible and friendly. We use the service for our 95 year old Father. They come at 10pm to 6 am to be with our Dad while the daughter staying with Dad can get a good night sleep.

Before my mother needed hospice, we used Right at Home to supplement my mother’s care. Right at Home was a Godsend. Sometimes I didn’t give them much notice, but they would always try to schedule our favorite caregivers. I gave them four stars only because some of the caregivers were spectacular (self directed, helpful regarding house cleaning, helpful with preparing food, good conversationalists) while some seemed unsure of how to pass the time. However, they were always trustworthy and kind to my parents.

Sibling care

The service sits down with you and reviews what your needs are and how best to fulfill them. If you are specific they try very hard to provide specific help. That might mean the person that is best suited to the client, suggestions for what the client might be best served by. They are friendly and professional. They provide personal reviews on a notebook of each weeks events and details of the visit to the client, providing needed insight to the care and changing to provide better/more or less care. I was notified of any schedule or personnel changes and they were there when scheduled to be.

Started with overnight care then expanded to days and they made sure my Mother had the caregivers she needed. I found the office staff great to work with and very caring. The caregivers arrived on time for their shifts and understood my Mother’s special needs as an Alzheimer’s patient.
