I took us only one day to get a caregiver from Family Support Services, LLC. When the caregiver came, she assisted my mother in taking a bath, getting dressed, and in other personal areas. She cleaned the room, did the laundry, and whatever we wanted her to do. She came three days a week -- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We used it almost a month, and I appreciated that they were all punctual, nice with nice personality, and they got along well with my mom. When we did not have anything for them to do, they did not stay the whole time,and we did not pay for more time either.

Family Support Services was excellent. I called, and they were out here the next day, and had our caregiver ready the next day, as well. The caregiver is more than just attentive and friendly. When she leaves us, we’ll probably be friends for life. She’s an excellent person.
