I used Homewell for my mom who lived in FL and I'm in California. They kept me updated with an online portal for the schedule and they always called to update. I was nervous because of a previous experience with another agency but the Homewell was great and stayed with my mom for a long time until she passed. They even sent us flowers when she did, I am grateful for their help.

Company made sure we had a compatable caregiver for my wife. First caregiver was not a good a good match. The second one seems to be working out very well for my wife and caregiver. They meet my schedule we wanted.

My experience with Homewell Services is great. As a new client Christie met with us to learn exactly what our needs are. We held nothing back even down to the personality of her would be client. Christie listened and asked us many further probing questions to gain more knowledge. All this was done in our home. It did take some time but ultimately she called and said she had a person for us to interview, again, in our home. We liked the person instantly and were able to share our needs face to face. She began work just 2 days later. She comes to work on time and even changed her schedule one day the first week to accommodate us. She is exactly what we needed and more. Our client is relatively young and has diva tendencies but our caregiver was able to surmount hem and quickly won her over. We are extremely pleased.

My experience with Homewell has been excellent, particularly due my assigned caretaker who is well trained and creates a wonderful environment for me. He is thoughtful, alert and anticipates all my daily needs. Unlike other caretakers I have experienced from other agencies who were lazy, non-responsive to my needs and not very helpful at all. My caregiver has been very considerate, helpful and professional, my days past quickly having such a considerate and, thoughtful professional caretaker who anticipates my needs and makes my daily experiences a a joy. My previous caretakers from previous agencies did not compare with the professional I have now from HomeWell Services. My caretaker makes me feel safe and very comfortable in my home, something I never experienced with other caretaker from previous agencies, I highly recommend Homewell for anyone who needs a caretaker who will meet your needs, I was very fortunate to have been assigned my caretaker who meets all my needs. My sincere thanks to my caretaker and HomeWell Care Services for training their caretaker so well and making all my experiences with my caretaker and the HomeWell staff such a positive. they do a great job helping to understand the ups and downs of elder parents and what they go through and really work towards ensuring a good fit of caregiver for the elder. I do not know what I would do without them.
