We had a poor experience with this company. Marketing was convincing and sold us on the agency. Everything else was not what we contracted for. We had agreed to a schedule of 8-6 daily and assumed we would be paying for those hours with a caregiver present. It did not happen that way. The caregivers always showed up 30-60 minutes late yet we were continually charged for the hours they were not present. When we changed the schedule with 3 days notice in writing, the new schedule did not happen, and we we continued being charged for those longer hours. Our contact person, the #2 person in the company, is no longer employed there or able to help us. The owner was very unprofessional and disrespectful.
