My sister had been receiving limited care (2 hours daily) from Kegley's for quit sometime and we were always happy with their service. Then in early June after a series of falls, she had very quickly declined to the point where 24 hour care was needed immediately. I turned to Marsha and very quickly she was able to provide 24/7 care. All of the caregivers were efficient and most importantly compassionate. They worked hand in hand with the hospice care nurses, reporting on a daily basis (thru texts and detailed logs), Because of the vital information the caregivers provided, the hospice personnel were able to adjust medications and procedures quickly. In short, because of Kegley's Quality Caregivers my sister's last weeks on earth were as comfortable as they could be. She was afraid of being alone, and loved the care, company and friendship that each caregiver gave her.

I was in need of immediate help to help my 103 year old mother who had been sent from the hospital back to her assisted living apartment. After arriving staff found that she required much more assistance than they could provide in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis especially at night. Marsha, owner of QCC, was truly a God-send! She found a member of her staff who had a documented negative COVID test (a requirement of the AL facility) and who could start the very next evening to care for Mom and she was great. I would use them again as my first choice.

I used this service for months when my husband had Dementia and it was excellent. No complaints at all. After he passed and I was alone, I fell, and needed around the clock care for 1 1/2 months in my home. I could do nothing for myself. All the girls that were sent to care for me were exceptional and took care of my every need. I would not hesitate to use them again. I had tried several other services for my husband before I found this service and it was best and reasonably priced.
