We've been using CareMinders for six weeks. We got a caregiver match in two days. I have them in at night to help my husband from 10 to 6. My husband gets up often at night to go to the bathroom. They're very willing. There was an accident the other night; the caregiver washed all of the bedding and remade the bed that night. They make the bed most of the time. Their billing is a bit confusing.

I have one girl that works 40 hours and then I have two different weekend girls. Their attitudes are wonderful. that's why I stayed with them. They're wonderful to me and I'm very comfortable with them. I can leave the house and not be concerned about anything. I feel they're very trustworthy and they're going to do their job. Their care is excellent. They're wonderful to my husband and he likes them very much. They're very good and right on top of what he needs so I couldn't ask for a better service. They help me by doing laundry, they change his bed and bathe him every day, clean him up and get whatever he needs to eat or drink. They make sure all his needs are met during the day, help him to the bathroom, help him to his chair, help him back to bed because in most cases, he can't walk. I liked the way CareMinders were treating the girls. I have been using them since the end of September.
