I did have some replacements while my driver was gone, which was nice. I retained the caregiver I had before, and I liked that.

The things that could do is to make sure that he does the exercises and watch my husband do them. The people are very careful, very helpful, and do their jobs.

There's one out of the three that is always late, but we don't bother to report it because it's not like we necessarily really need them. It's just that Michael is a fall risk and needs a little assistance in and out of the bathroom. They do the bare minimum. The fact that there's a human body there allows me to go out of the house to work, but I do work mostly from home. I'm grateful that there's someone there so I can have a life outside, but most of the times when we get home they're just sleeping on the couch. They don't even bother to go outside to even try to help him out of the car when we get home because he can technically do it himself. The problem is, Michael doesn't need a lot of care. We just need a glorified babysitter because he can do most things himself, but we are paying a lot of money for someone to sit around and play on their phone for an eight hour shift. They could do things around the house, but they just sit on one place on their phone for hours. It would be nice if they actually did something, like run the vacuum or iron his clothes or anything.

They take care of what we need, and she feels very safe with the caregivers here. I like that they are very good about working with us and around our schedule.

It is really nice to have her company here and to not be by myself. I like that I have a helper who is very positive and fun to be with.

It has been a positive experience in our lives. My family needed the help, and we believe the caregiver we have now is a great match. We are so happy that we have connected with them. I like that they have good communication and followup.

It is certainly an improvement. They take care of my dad when I can't. It has good people. They are timely and they do a good job. They provide companionship.

They are here for me, and provide whatever I need whenever I need it. If I need companionship, help with cooking, comfort, or travel, they are always here. They are the best thing that ever happened to me. I like my caregiver, they are wonderful. They are bright, on time, and always here for me. I love them as much as if they were my child.
