"We placed him at Danville Home because we felt that the place was safe inside. A nice lady gave us a tour of the whole place. They were cooking lunch, and it smelled good. It looks like the place is very good to live in. The room was small, but it’s adequate for him. "

"Mom has been at The Reutlinger for a year now. They have a lot of activities and a great art department. The restaurant is OK but could be a bit better. The staff is really nice. I don’t like the rooms with rooftop views. Maybe they could put plants on those rooftops, so the residents could have something nice to see when they look out their windows. Other than that, everything is great. The place is clean and comfortable, the people are very pleasant, and the décor is clean and up-to-date. They also have an in-house physical therapy department. "

"Brookdale San Ramon is a very beautiful environment. You are surrounded by nature. It's like you're on your vacation. I like the environment, and I think their garden is beautiful. I think it will be very pleasant if you go outside to sit in the garden. The interior is also very beautiful, very wide, and very high. I saw old ladies coming out, and they were neat and very clean to me. That's my overall impression. It is so peaceful and quiet, and I would love to live there in my old age. I love the staff who helped me. They're nice and pleasant. Their calendars mentioned a lot of activities, but I didn't see a lot of people outside, except for two to five old ladies hanging out. It seems that everybody is staying in their room, so that's an impression on me. The common areas are very good and very beautiful. It's very clean."

"My mom will move into The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens. My mom felt very comfortable there. They have a fence in the backyard where she can let her dog out and a nice bath. The staff is excellent. The food was good. The dining area is warm and friendly, and they have a free transportation service, which is nice."

"I toured Bellara Senior Living. It was nice, very fancy. An experience that you want for anyone senior and transitioning into their later years. They have on-call nurses, and they have everything that you need there, you don't have to go out and get it, very much assisted. Everything is there all at once. You don't have to go anywhere. The staff was nice. They were very welcoming. They just wanted to get to know me and my family and make sure that if we were choosing that place, it would be the right place for us. It's a very new building. They had a bar. They had a bunch of seating areas. They had fancy bathrooms. They had a workout area. They had a whole courtyard where you could sit and talk and grill food. They had a beautiful kitchen that was restaurant-style."

"Sunrise of Danville has been very helpful in making my elderly mother’s transition from skilled nursing facility to assisted living a very good one. My mother requires a lot of help and care. Sunrise staff members have done an exellent job in attending to her needs. April the the Marketing Director has been exceptionally AWESOME in helping in making this transition for my mother and our family as smooth as possible. It has been a great experience for us. "My parents are moving into Brookdale Diablo Lodge. It was a balance of a very nice facility - the cost of care and also the quality of care. It was a very nice building. It's kind of an old-school charm. The rooms were a little bit smaller than some of the places that I looked at, but it's perfect for them. I also liked that the rooms had either a balcony or a patio, which was very nice. The dining area was very nice. It looked like a very nice restaurant. It had very high vaulted ceilings. It just had a nice feel to it. The staff seemed professional, sincere, and helpful. The facility looked a little outdated. Some of the things need to be upgraded, but it's overall very nice. They had a beauty salon/barber shop, a small gym, a library, a mailroom, and some very nice outdoor spaces. They do your laundry and they will clean up the room once a week. They had entertainment and transportation to various restaurants."

"My dear friend needed a safe and comfortable to live when her dementia claimed her ability to care for herself. We found the staff knowledgeable, efficient, kind and welcoming. The transition to memory care was much easier than I had anticipated. Her room was comfortable, homey and cozy. The food satisfied her and looked pretty good. The menu was appealing. The dining room and activities were warm and cruise-like. I really think my dear friend thought she was on a vacation or at the country club lunching with the ladies. It's been a great fit for her. The staff was so welcoming and kind. They really cared about her whole person. They treated her kindly and preserved her dignity. They all knew her name. This is as close to being home with 24/7 care that I could find."
