I was not looking forward to any of the things related to Home care or Hospice for my father. When I first met Quincie, I assumed she was the sales person for Salus and did not give her much thought. Weeks later after she had spent hours on the phone with my sister and the insurance company trying her best to get what we were promised from the health care provider, I knew she was not a sales person. She was a case manager and took on the role with gusto and helped fight for us and did an excellent job of calming us down as we were virtually attacked with paperwork trying to scare us down or away. Lastly when my pops got worse and started to fall into hospice he had care every single night, as nurses were checking on him daily making sure his last days and hours were not spent in pain. Everyone's experience will of course not be the same but for me and my family Salus, Quincie and the whole team were great.

Salus home care is absolutely amazing. I can not recommend them enough. My father was on hospice for a year and a half with them. Every single one of their employees went above and beyond to help and treated us like we were their top priority. I became good friends with his nurse Sandy and Rudy is the absolute best. If you are looking for a company that really cares about you and your family - please use Salus.

We used Salus Homecare Irvine, CA for hospice care for my husband. Each of the nurses was excellent. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. The caregivers they provided were a hit-and-miss. I hired through their agency caregivers to stay with us 24/7, and I would say that one was excellent and one was terrible. She fell asleep and slept through most of her shift. I was also a little bit surprised that they didn't provide things like wipes, lotions for the body, and swabs for the mouth. Even the diapers were Chucks. The nurses had to go out to their cars and give us emergency packages that they had. They also somehow didn't get the word that my husband had died, and they kept delivering supplies. Three days after he died, the doorbell would ring at 11:00 at night with a pharmacy delivery of morphine. So I had to call and tell them that my husband passed away. But in the meantime, I received a card of sympathy. So somewhere in the system there, they got their wires crossed, which was uncomfortable for me. Overall, I thought they did an excellent job. They answered all my questions when I called them in the middle of the night and provided me with guidance and compassion. There was no billing because it's Medicare.

Quincey was in charge of our case. She was already available to offer any help needed. Leticia was also on our case. Together they both made sure we always had the coverage we needed. 99% of the people they sent were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about them. They went above and beyond what they needed. My father in law always felt cared for and like the caregivers were is friends. One man we had did break my father in laws heart. But, Quincey and Letica made sure all of the others more than made up for it. I would highly recommend Salas to anyone. They went above and beyond all of the time. Just don’t use F. The man who broke my father in laws heart.

My mother needed a caregiver on Saturday mornings while I was at work, she has ALS. From the first initial contact I received push back because I needed someone on the weekend and for only 4 hours. They then sent out caregivers who in my opinion had no training with lift assist, toileting, or ADL's. Majority of the time the caregiver wanted to sit on the couch and be on her phone. The lack of professionalism this company and workers has is disheartening especially because they are working with families and patients who are reaching out for help.
