"We got Optimal Hospice Care for my mother. They seem very caring and very committed. They're very good. Communication is excellent. They provided us with incontinent supplies, medication, bathing supplies, and bed supplies. They gave my mother a brand new walker, a really great one. All the things they give her at no cost are wonderful."

"We had my father-in-law transferred from a residential home that was not providing the required care and were assisted in the transfter by Hoffman Hospice who gave us 100% of their time in getting it done before he passed. His final days were so different with the great care he received which he wasn't getting from the facility and another hospice provider. "
