I can't say enough good things about this company. They really came through for us, and they were consistently kind, caring and professional. We first hired a twice-weekly help for my mom, and they found someone who handled Mom's dementia and personality better than we'd thought possible. Then, when Mom had a catastrophic fall, and we needed twice-daily, hospice-level care "tomorrow!", the staff somehow found us more perfect caregivers to cover all the shifts until Mom passed. Every call, every interaction with the staff and each caregiver was as good as one could hope or better. They really made a wonderful difference to us and to our Mom.

We're using Help at Home Senior Care for my sister. They're very good and always on time. They help her with cleaning, meals, and physical therapy. The caregiver is kind and patient. We have them for about three months now.

Help At Home Senior Care comes in a couple times a week and stay with my husband. They're very good and watchful. I would give them an A-rating. They just mostly keep an eye on my husband and they prepare meals if and when he wants something to eat. They also do some light housekeeping. They're very helpful, good, and we're happy with them. They're always on time and leave when they're supposed to.

I wasn't sure if I would like having a caregiver or if I really needed one. But, the caregiver that Help at Home sent me was so friendly. Carol was someone I would choose for a friend. She helped me get things done (like going through my closet) that I wanted to get done, but just didn't have the gumption to take on as a project myself, anymore. The staff here really listened to me and got just the right person. I would highly recommend them.

The quality of service is excellent, depending on the level of the caregiver. I have an excellent caregiver that helps me a lot. She helps me with my diet, cooking and exercising, plus her other duties.

They matched the provider to the interests of my husband, an old cowboy. The young provider was very upbeat and new the horse and cattle business well enough to engage him in great conversations. He was always happy to see her.
