Food is awful. In the years I have lived here the food has dramatically declined. The cost has doubled to over 10 K a month for assisting living. In the past they have attempted to change extra if my shower took too long or if I called for assistance too often. After complaining the extra charges have stopped. Staff are always on their phones. The nurse is not very knowledgeable.

Towner Crest was really nice. It was brand new. They had really nice rooms. They're updated, big open concept. They had granite countertops and walk-out rooms or nice balconies. They had tons of activities for the residents.

My mom lives in Towner Crest. It was very, very nice. It is owned by Presbyterian Homes. They did a first-class job. The staff members were great. They have activities. They have a workout area and a big chapel. It was great value for the money. They have a big patio, a putting green, and several different games.

Towner Crest is very good. They have a dining area, and breakfast is free. You pay for the other meals, if that is what you want, or you have all the facilities in your apartment to cook whatever you want, too. The staff is very good. I don't have many problems. I have not needed to use the staff much, but they seem to do a good job. The meals that you pay for in the luncheon are good. Breakfast is not perfect, but it gives you what you need and it is free, so you can't complain too much. The other meals are good.
